- Storytelling: creating empathy
- Components of Storytelling: Think, Feel, Believe, and DoDuring the course:
- Practice the presentation 2x, comparing the ‘before’ to the ‘after’
- The presentations are recorded and the presenter will receive feedbacks from the other participants and the instructor

Pre-work: Prepare 1 or 2 presentations of 5 pages (20 minutes)

Duration: 8 hours

Participants:  10 to 12 people maximum, divided in 2 classrooms
