Throughout the training, participants will learn to define and prioritize their tasks, organize their to-do list and establish an effective system for monitoring and controlling their activities, using, for example, some Office package tools such as Outlook and OneNote, among others. Participants will also learn time planning and organization techniques, as well as effective routine and process management that will help increase efficiency in daily work.
