- Indicator Concept
- Indicators analysis – concept of center and variation
ROUTINE MANAGEMENT
- The seven steps for Routine Management:
     1 – Define basic processes under the department responsibility;
     2 – Establish the Process General View
     3 – Draw the current process;
     4 – Define control points and key indicators – sight management;
     5 – Define follow up meetings and indicators monitoring;
     6 – Implement problem solution methodology (MASP);
     7 – Lead continuous improvement to processes that are not meeting customer requirements.
- The participants will be divided in group and each group will select a topic to be worked.

Workloads: 8 or 16 Hours - 8 Hours – no MASP implementation in the class exercise. 
                                             16 – Hours – with MASP implementation in the class exercise.

Pre-Work: Prepare topics to be discussed in class
