Agile Coach Expert
Specific Objectives:
- Enable participants in the main Methodologies / Market Afile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and XP), applicable for who works in System Development, Innovation Transitional Projects, or Process Improvement. The training is aimed at the public who seeks to apply and expand Agile Mindset and Practices throughout the Organization. It will also be discussed how the participant may escalate Agile Mindset into the Organization Departments, besides IT, by using rituals and artifacts of different “frameworks”. Furthermore, the participant will also know the dimensions that have led Spotify to escalate Agile throughout the organization (Squads, Tribes, and guilds)..
