Kaizen with Leadership

Specific Objectives:
- Provide knowledge about Kaizen and how to apply it for process improvement
- Train students to be facilitators in the execution of Kaizen events
- Develop needed leadership abilities so that the Kaizen facilitator work with people, especially regarding change management
