Design For Lean Six Sigma – DFLSS Upgrade

Specific Objectives:
- Complement the knowledge of Green Belts already trained in the DMAIC methodology regarding the DFSS methodology
- Develop the competences and abilities so that the Belt lead DFSS projects, focused on product, process, or service development already with six sigma performance.
