LSS Green Belt Upgrade
Specific Objectives:
- Increase the level of knowledge about Lean Six Sigma methodology for those who are already trained and/or certified Lean Belts so that they lead projects of higher complexity.
- Complement the Lean Belt’s knowledge, providing knowledge regarding tools that help him/her listen to the “voice of process”, and from there, understand the problem and propose changes. (Strong focus on quantitative tools)
