-Teach Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to the GB in such a way that it is used to lead improvement projects of low and medium complexity.
- Develop leadership competences for introduction and change management in the organization through improvement projects
- Build a Business Efficient Management culture, creating an awareness of increased market value to the shareholders
