Project Management (PMO and Agile Coach)
Objective: Manage, control, set the proper rhythm, and provide transparency to the results, risks, and failures of the project portfolio or of specific projects.
Most Employed Techniques:
• We work with part-time (some days of the week or month) or full-time (full-time journey for a specific period) consultants and with the following techniques:
• Traditional Project Management (Waterfall – Working as PMO)
• Agile Project Management (Using hybrid agile models: Scrum, XP, Kanban, Spotify – Working as Agile Coach / Scrum Master).
Work plan:
• Comprehension/Awareness of the Project/Initiative Portfolio
• Use of the Cynefin Framework (Author: David Snowden) to set the methodologies that will be used in each portfolio initiative
• Methodology determination (traditional or agile)
• Implantation of rituals, roles, metrics, and artifacts common to the chosen methodology
• Portfolio governance and executive report.
