Process modeling and formalization, listing and using opportunity prioritization techniques, existing indicators, and process risk evaluation.

Most Employed Techniques:

Flowchart (traditional or swimlane) with waste identification
VSM (Value Stream Mapping) to identify improvement gaps and opportunities
  
Work plan:
• Process mapping (software: Visio, Bizagi, or Draw.io).
• Opportunity survey.
• Existing indicator survey.
• In loco process visitation / validation with managers.
• Process risk analysis (technique: FMEA).
