Training program consisting of various modules to be applied to field supervisors who are taking on a position in which they need to manage others for the first time. Training designs in conjunction with HR, with various modules discussing relevant topics for the Leadership position, such as: Negotiation Techniques; Change Management; Time Management; Finance for Non-Financial Professionals; Feedback and Coaching; Conflict Management and Situational Leadership.

  Kimberly Clark Case (CONSUMER GOODS) – interns and emerging leaders
Training program consisting of various 6-hour modules to be applied to interns taking part in the Trainee Program, as well as potential leaders who are being prepared to fill a position that entails People Management responsibility. The main topics covered were: Presentation Techniques; Time Management; Conflict Management; Negotiation Techniques; Career Management and Leadership.
