1.4.1 – STABILIZATION OF PROCESSES
There are situations where we need to go beyond the processes improvement. We need to understand the organization, in a more focused way, identifying the key processes and, mainly, the critical variables which, if kept controlled in the routine and with acceptable performance, we assure the fulfillment of the goals of the area.
The stabilization of processes has this as its mission, i.e., to understand the critical variables of a process, the performance of them and its stability, providing a more optimized decision making by the managers in what refers to improvement projects (bad stability along time) or investment (good stability, however bad performance). |

1.4.2 - METHODOLOGY OF ANALYSIS AND RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS - MASP
| Through a simple language and basic quality tools, it is aimed to create in the organization, a structured thinking to solve routine problems. The focus is to generate small changes in the processes, obtaining improvement that will result in a big step of performance in the company. |

1.4.3 - PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT BY PROCESSES
| In this training we utilize a flux of analysis and understanding of the problem with a higher level of details and tools. These provides, to people, more adequate conditions for the development of improvement projects, together with more complex problems. Very useful in the advance of the implementation of culture of continuous improvement, in organizations that just concretize the basic module or for that companies that already have some culture from past problems. |

1.4.4 - PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT BY PROCESSES – ADVANCED MODULE
| The objective of this training is to provide to whom that already have the culture of continuous improvement, and use the structured methodology for processes improvement, tools of higher power to comprehend more complex problems. |

1.4.5 – APPLIED STATISTIC IN BUSINESS – BASIC MODULE
| In many cases, we decide to change a process based only in the subjective knowledge of people, not listening the process what, naturally, increases the risk to take actions with little effectiveness. The trainings of applied statistic in business fill in this lack, providing for the practitioners the necessary analytical tools in order to them can translate the process history (numbers) in information, in which they can understand what are happening and carry out the respective changes. |
