1.4.4 - PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT BY PROCESSES – ADVANCED MODULE

Objective:

The focus of the advanced module is to train the practitioner and to develop improvement projects of medium to high complexity, once more sophisticated tools of statistical analysis are provided.

Target Audience:

• Professionals from many diverse working areas in the company.

Pre requirements:

• Professionals that have completed certification in the Six Sigma methodology and/or that have completed the module of management by processes.

Course Duration:

• 24 hours.

Programmatic Content:

• Statistical Analysis Map
• Confidence interval
• Sample Size
• Hypotheses test (comparison of means, medians and variation)
• Simple / Multiple Regression Analysis
• Non-parametric tests / Chi Square tests

Training Modalities:

• In company – carried out in closed classes, by customer request.

Requirements for Certification:

• There is not a specific certification for this methodology.
• All participants receive the certificate of training conclusion.

Specific Needs for Training Attendance:

• Computers – should be one for each three attendants
• Use of Minitab statistical software
