3.4 - SIX SIGMA (GREEN BELT) WITH EMPHASIS IN COMMERCIAL AREA
Objective:
Business Management Methodology that starts from the customer needs, internal and external, and uses a logical and rational sequence of management tools and data analysis. It acts in the continuous improvements of the processes in the organization. In other words, it is the sum of the “people’s voice”, i.e., the knowledge of them (technical + business) with the “voice of the process” (data) to obtain action plans (changes) more adequate and sustainable.
The course has as central point to teach the Six Sigma methodology, in a such way, that the follower uses it to generate the necessary changes in the commercial area, aiming better customer support, sales improve and cash generation. The approach is of practical and applied use, with a lot of examples and cases in commercial area, including projects elaborated in conjunction with clients (ACFC – At the Customer For the Customer)
In short:
- To understand the elements of Six Sigma and how to apply it in the commercial area.
- Why and When to apply the Six Sigma Model.
- To use the Six Sigma methodology to obtain significant results in the actual processes, products or services improvement.
- To comprehend the tools that support the methodology
- Six Sigma X Financial Impact for the organization.
- To develop the competencies of leadership to introduce and manage the changes in the organization.
- To build, in the company, a culture of Business Effective Management creating a higher perception of market value for the stakeholders.
