3.2 - FINANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL AREA

Objective:

To train the professional with basic knowledge of finance / accountancy, in a manner to understand how each area in the company can suffer impact in the operational and financial results. Besides that, it put focus in to provide basic information regarding the main financial, credit and operational, risks, as well as, skills to develop action plans to mitigate them.

This training allows non-finance professionals to be able to understand and utilize the current language in the business world (finance) supporting in the routine activities.

In short:

• To understand the main financial metrics of the business.
• To comprehend how each area contributes to the attendance of financial metrics of the business.
• To understand how to manage a company in a more effective way.
• To comprehend how the risk of a business can be minimized putting focus in the commercial area.

Target Audience:

• Professionals from diverse functions that do not have the formation in financial area (economy / accountancy) and that are looking for general knowledge of the financial language and how to use it. In this training, it is putted special focus on financial metrics and elements of risk, regarding commercial area.

Pre requirement:

• There are not any impeditive pre requirement for training attendance.

• Practical Exercise – Analysis of a Results report, balance sheet and financial metrics.

• Principles of Risk management: Finance and Credit

Training Modalities:

• In company – carried out in closed classes, by customer request.

Requirements for Certification:

• All participants receive the certificate of training conclusion. It is necessary, at least, 80% of frequency.
