1.2.7 - DEVELOPMENT OF INSTRUCTORS FOR SIX SIGMA (SS TTT – TRAIN TO TRAINERS)

Objective:

The course approaches the skills and competencies most significant in order to an instructor could be effective to transmit his knowledge over a specific theme. The main focus is to prepare the executive to do the presentation, as well as, his dynamic and relationship with the class. Many examples and tips are provided for the case of adverse situation that can happen inside the class room.

In short:

  • The preparation of the instructor and the material for an effective training.
  • The dynamic of an effective presentation.
  • To Provide tips of what to do and not do before and during a presentation.
  • To Practice, in class, the exposed concepts through a real presentation.

Target Audience:

  • Black Belts, Master Black Belts and managers that have as function the internal instructor role in the organization.

Pre Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the methodology and abilities involved in the Six Sigma methodology. Skills in the facilitation and communication are welcome.

Course Duration:

  • 16 hours.

  • Tools and techniques for a good class / presentation
  • Awareness and reflection about the points that should be payed special attention to promote an efficacious training
  • Individual awareness of the improvement points as instructors
  • To train what to do / not to do before and during a managerial presentation or during a class
  • Awareness and reflection about the points that should be payed special attention to promote an efficacious training
  • To practice an real presentation
  • To get feedback

Training Modalities:

  • In company – carried out in closed classes, by customer request.

Requirements for Certification:

  • There is not a specific certification for TTT, but it is a key point that the future instructor knows or have the compromise to deep in the knowledge of the methodology and its tools.
