Objective:
The course approaches the Six Sigma in an executive and business management view. It shows the fundamentals of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and how we can impact them in the organization. It aims to answer the question: how can this methodology help me to achieve my metrics and my goals? Besides that, the DMAIC structure is explored in order to the manager can understand his role in the identification of the projects, as well as, in the project developments.
The training uses the business language and explore several examples. At the end, it carries out a workshop together with the managers to identification of project opportunities in their respective areas.
In short:
- To discuss the role of managers in the identification of improvement projects to be executed in the organization.
- To underline and exemplify the leadership attitude of the managers of the organization processes , mainly, in what refers to its facilitator role.
- To discuss and Analyze the current management system of the company to better satisfy the customers’ requirements.
- To understand the business view and statistical technical aspects to improve and support the process of mentoring of the Green Belts and Black Belts in the development of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.
- To discuss and evaluate the financial impacts of changes implemented in the processes under Six Sigma methodology application.

Requirements for certification
- There is not a specific certification for Six Sigma specialist.
- The certificate of conclusion is provided to all participants of the training.
