2.1 - LDP LEADERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Objective:
This training was developed to attend the current needs of the companies, to develop future leaders, that can bring results in a competitive and globalized business environment. Three areas are focused, being the first related to the development of competencies for people management, the second to the time management and, finally, the use and application of financial concepts. Thus, it provides means and ways to build and maintain a high performance team.
This training was developed to achieve the target audience, dividing itself in two levels:
- the level 1 for trainees and emerging leaders;
- the level 2 for whom that already manage people and need to improve their abilities in leadership.
Target Audience
- Future leaders or emerging young executives in a organization LDP Level 1
- Trainees LDP Level 1
- Young executive leaders that just assume this responsibility LDP Level 2
Pre requirements:
- Reading a book to be indicated before the training and, in the cases where it is applied, fill in the MBTI instrument of evaluation of psychological profile.

Training Modalities
- In company carried out in closed classes, by customer request.
Requirements for Certification:
- All participants receive the certificate of training conclusion. It is necessary, at least, 80% of frequency.
