Objective:
The course has as focus to develop competency and skills that are necessary in order to MBB to promote the implementation and the sustainability of the program Lean Six Sigma in the organization. These are strongly linked to the development of a leadership profile, communication and of the change management, called “soft skills”. Besides that, financial concepts are teached to help the MBB in the use of a Business language.
Naturally, the flux and the tools of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and the Lean are also reviewed, but with an executive standpoint, since, for this training, the pre-requirement is to be Black Belt certificated or in the final process of certification.
Special attention is provided for the identification of projects that will assure a higher probability of success during the implementation of the methodology.
In short:
- To understand the function and the leadership role of the MBB in the organization.
- To comprise how the Management System works in a company.
- To understand financial aspects involved in the Six Sigma projects
- To comprehend how the MBB helps the organization to achieve its results and goals.
- To understand how are the relationships among organization metrics and how to define the improvement projects.
- Exercise the Change Management
- Clarify technical doubts about the tools in each phase of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC.

- Professionals that desire and/or need to develop themselves in the business management area.
Pre-requirements:
- People that already have Black Belt certification or that are in final process of certification.

Training Modalities:
- Open course – multi-companies
- In-company – performed in closed classes by customer request
Certification requirements:
- 40 class-hours
- One project developed and concluded with proved impact in the company of the practitioner.
- This training is also provided in company. Thus, the certification depends of the customer requirements. In general, the followed standard is similar to that described above.
OBS: All participants grant a certification of conclusion if proved 80% of frequency.
Specific Needs for Training Attendance:
- None (Multi-company training)
- Computers – should be one for each three attendants
- Use of Minitab statistical software (in company).
