The SETA – Management Development have international experience in training and consultancies in many countries of America. The didactic material and the classes are available in such languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English. In the last four years, the SETA minister trainings in countries like USA, Canada, Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile and Peru.
The company is formed by a team with large professional and academic experience, as executives with passing in companies like GE, Motorola and Votorantim. The SETA – Management Development acts in partnership with its clients, always together with the high-level administration, HR and management professionals, to develop training and consultancy projects aiming improve the operational results of the organizations.
The SETA provides solutions in Management Education. It is specialized in develop project of corporate trainings, bringing for the professionals in the organization competencies and information utilized by referenced companies in Operational Excellence and Leadership Management. Alberto Pezeiro
Associate Director and founder of Seta. Ex-Commercial Director of the GE Plastics. Worked, also, in the HR department of GE Corporate as Training Development Manager, being responsible for the Career Management and Leadership development of executives of GE in South America. He is Master Black Belt certificated by GE. Trained more than 2 thousand Green Belts, Black Belts and Master Black Belts in the GE in diverse countries in South America. Senior Member of American Society for Quality. He has CQ Manager, CQE and CQA certifications.
Márcio Francato
Associate Director of Seta. Ex-Supplier Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt certified by GE. He worked as leader in International Supplier Management for GE. He was instructor of corporate program of company trainees and trained more than 500 Green Belts, Black Belts and Master Black Belts in diverse countries in South America. He developed more than 100 improvement projects, conducted and accompanied by himself, in the Supply Chain, engineering, manufacture and commercial areas, with impact of US$ 5 millions in EBITDA. Professional Experience acquired in the developing of supply chain of big companies of automotive sector (DaimlerChrysler and Delphi) and chemical (GE Plastics). Member of American Society for Quality. He has the certification CQE.
Fábio Sacoman
Associate Director of Seta. Ex-Six Sigma Black Belt of GE Plastics in the South America and Mexico. He trained more than 250 Black Belts and Green Belts in Six Sigma and Leadership Management. He developed more than 150 improvement projects, conducted and accompanied by himself, in the commercial, finance, information technology and human resources areas, with impact of US$ 2 million in EBITDA. Professor of postgraduate program of Chemical Engineer of Unicamp University.

The Seta – Management Development works with consultants and professionals with large experience in the implementation of improvement programs and management establishing partnerships with other companies, as necessary. Among their consultants, there are professionals that worked in companies like Votorantim and GE.
