Finance for Non-financiers
Objectives:
To train the executive in basic knowledge of finances / accountancy, in order to understand how each area of the company can be impacted in the operational and financial results. This training allows the professional that are not financier, ca understand and use the current language of the world of business helping in his routine activities.
It is discussed basic information about the main financial reports (Results report, Balance sheet), as well as, evaluation of the main financial indexes used by the company management.
Additionally, basic principles of financial, credit and operational risk management are debated.

Requirements for Certification:
- All participants receive the certificate of training conclusion. It is necessary, at least, 80% of frequency.
